Lamb Weigh-in May 12th

The lamb weighin will be this Saturday, may 12, 3012 at the fairgrounds from 1 to 3pm.

Fantazia Circus coming!

The Fantazia Circus is coming to town on May 21st, 2012!
Show times: 4:30 and 7:30pm
Where: Newaygo County Fairgrounds Show Barn
Cost: $12.00 Adult, Children Free

A combination of both traditional performance and all new techniques keep our acts fresh, current and exciting for audiences of all ages. Fantazia has added to their collection of talent to be able to provide you with more acts and a culturally diverse show. All of our circus shows are family oriented, and we are proud to present quality entertainment appropriate for adults and children alike. With acts that fuse graceful aerial arts, daring stunts, comedy, acrobatics, and never ending energy, we’re sure to have something for everybody!

Sheep Committee News

Here are the only updates for the sheep department at this time:

Lamb weigh-in and tagging is set for May 12th from 1-3pm at the Newaygo County Fairgrounds. For any lamb to be in the market classes and auctioned it needs to be at this weigh-in and be tagged. Kids will also receive their notebook requirements on May 12^th at the weigh-in and tagging.

July 1st is the deadline to have your fair registration turned in. If it is not in by July 1^st, you will not be able to participate in market or show!! Once the fairbook is out, make sure your papers are filled out and turned in!! You may turn them in earlier, but not after the July 1^st deadline.

Notebooks will be due to the fair office no later than July 15th!! Any child who does not turn in a notebook by July 15^th, will not be able to participate in the market class. Once again you may turn them in earlier but NOT later!! We need time to get them judged.
