Hello, and welcome to online registration! We are excited for this move and are encouraging
everyone to register online and if you have any questions or difficulty at all please feel free to contact
the fair office.
*Fair office hours are: Monday 11am7pm, Tuesday 11 am8pm, Wednesday 9am8pm, Thursday 10
am5pm, and Friday 9 am5pm.
*The site will close down on July 1
st and you will no longer be able to make changes to your classes
after that point.
*You will still be allowed to turn in a paper form after July 1
st but there will be a fee. The fee schedule
is at the fair office if you need to know.
*All exhibitors that have market beef, lamb, swine, or goats must turn in an Exhibitor Agreement (one
per larger market animal) with their notebooks by July 15
. The forms are available on the website or
*Poultry kids THERE WILL BE NO POULTRY AT FAIR THIS YEARper MDARA. However we are
working on things for the youth to do. You CAN still register for showmanship as that will be done
with a stuffed chicken or something comparable.
* Club or Chapter Market Animals must be entered under the exhibitor name and can be designated
a club animal with Market Livestock. The exhibitor showing a club or chapter animal may not be
showing an animal of the same species.
There are a couple of errors in the fair book that you need to make note of when
● On page 57 under Horse Department 16, Section 1: There is NO class 113 or 116.
Parent and Me is registered under Section 38. Please refer to list below for correct
parent and me class for horses. Under Horse Department 16, Section 5: Down and
Back ages 1419 the CORRECT class number is 515. Down and Back ages 813 the
CORRECT class number is 516. Surprise Class the CORRECT class number is 517.
