As we approach the purchasing time for your swine projects, the committee would like to bring a few things to your attention.
- The fair is no longer able to tag your projects, so make sure your breeder is tagging your animal before you pick it up. If it does not come with an 840-tag from the breeder you are responsible for purchasing your own tags. Here is a link to a document explaining it all.
- New this year, fair entry will be opened to register your swine project from April 1st to June 1st.
- All entries must provide the 15 digit 840-tag number and upload a photo of your main and alternate project before the entry will be excepted.
- If you run into issues getting an 840-tag or registering your exhibitor, please contact Jamie Kukal at (231)349-8381 before the June 1st deadline, so she can help walk you through the process.
