NCAFA Market Livestock Show and Sale

Last week, Monday, June 29th, the NCAFA Board of Directors voted to cancel the 2020 Newaygo County Ag Fair due to the current Covid concerns. Last night, Monday, July 6th, we reviewed a proposal and voted to allow a very scaled back, restricted-attendance, market livestock show and sale. This Market Livestock event will allow our young people who have many hours and dollars invested into their livestock projects over the past year to complete them. This should not be interpreted as a change in direction, for the fair as we know it remains cancelled for 2020. The Market Committee is busy building this event and coordinating with DHD10 to keep within the state gathering restrictions. More information will be released very soon.
