The Newaygo County Fairgrounds offers electric and non-electric vendor spaces.
If you are a food vendor and would like to use our electric service, we have standard 50 amp RV outlets available. If you have a standard 30 amp RV plug on your rig, please provide your own adapter. We currently do not have water supply at the arena vendor area, however we do have water supply at the original vendor area, you supply your own hoses. During fair week all food vendors are in the original vendor area and during off fair week shows all vendors are in the Main Arena area. If you are interested in being a part of the Business Barn during fair week, please use this form to sign up.
If you are interested in participating in our outdoor vendor area, please use this form to sign up. We do allow up to 12×15 for your tent and equipment. We will place you near the food court area, along a busy pathway. We have a limited amount of electric outlets available.
Food vendors are invited based on application and previous event participation. August 2-9, 2025 is filled.
NCAFA Vendor Application
The following form is to be filled out to apply to be a vendor at the Newaygo County Agricultural Fair Association (NCAFA) events. Filling out this form DOES NOT mean you will be a vendor at NCAFA. A representative from the fair will contact you and let you know of our decision. This form is for shows that are and are not during fair week.
