The Newaygo County Fairgrounds offers electric and non-electric, indoor and outdoor vendor spaces for food concessions and business.

Food Vendors: If you are a food vendor and would like to use our electric service, we have standard 50 amp RV outlets available. If you have a standard 30 amp RV plug on your rig, please provide your own adapter. We currently do not have water supply at the arena vendor area, however we do have water supply at the original vendor area, you supply your own hoses. During fair week all food vendors are in the original vendor area and during off fair week shows all vendors are in the Main Arena area. If you have any questions, please feel free to email us or give us a call at 231-924-4450. Food vendors are invited based on application and previous event participation. August 8-15, 2026 is filled.

Business Vendors

If you are interested in being a part of the Business Barn during fair week, please use this form to sign up. There is a limited amount of electric sites available. The barn is open to the public from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday through Friday.

If you are interested in participating in our outdoor vendor area, please use this form to sign up. We do allow up to 12×15 for your tent and equipment. We will place you near the food court area, along a busy pathway. We have a limited amount of electric outlets available.

NCAFA Vendor Application

The following form is to be filled out to apply to be a vendor at the Newaygo County Agricultural Fair Association (NCAFA) events. Filling out this form DOES NOT mean you will be a vendor at NCAFA. A representative from the fair will contact you and let you know of our decision. This form is for shows that are and are not during fair week.

By submitting this application I understand this DOES NOT guarantee that my business will be accepted as a vendor at a NCAFA event. If approved we will reach out to you with a contract to sign. We require insurance with a $1,000,000.00 liability for food concessions. You must show the Newaygo County Agricultural Fair Association and the City of Fremont as an additional insured on your policy for the dates of the event(s) you would like to be a vendor. Liability amounts and expiration dates must be on our copy. DO NOT worry about insurance unless you receive a contract. All food concessions are required to be a health department approved concession trailer. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the fairgrounds Cost to be a vendor at a show NOT during fair week is $175/day Cost to be a vendor during the week of fair is $100/day per unit/trailer.
