As today traditionally marks the end of the summer camping season I thought I’d give a little reminder of our winter storage options.
First, there is no availability of electricity for any type of battery conditioner or heat for any of our storage options. Winterization is the responsibility of the unit owner.
Second, space is available on a first come first serve basis. A reservation is secured by sending in your contract with a deposit. No reservations without a deposit. Deposits with contract can be mailed or dropped in the dropbox out front.
Third, as spelled out in the contract, you are responsible for your own storage insurance.
Secure Storage
We have a limited amount of space for secure storage. Secure storage is a building that is totally enclosed and is completely locked up for the winter. We have two tall buildings that will accommodate campers and motorhomes. We have one short building that will accommodate jet skis, short pontoons and cars.
Semi Secure
We have ample semi secure storage available this year. We’ve rebuilt the Livestock Pavilion and it is much taller and can accommodate many more units. Semi Secure is a hard roof supported by posts. There are either no walls or short walls that do not keep people or animals outside. The benefit is that the roof protects your unit from the elements. We do park these units close enough that no one can get between them or into them.
Outdoor Storage
We do allow for open air storage for a reduced fee.
