Attention all beef exhibitors…

There is a big change in the beef department this year. We will be having the weigh in early. MANDATORY weigh in will be December 1st at the fairgrounds. Registration day will be the same day. You can print off the papers from the fair website and turn them in when you weigh your animals. Also an FYI…. your animals MUST be walked to, on and off the scale by either yourself or your family member, so make sure they are broke to lead. The calves will be much smaller and easier to control. All animals (including alternates) must be tagged to be register-able for fair. We are hoping this is a positive change to ensure safety for everyone. Also breaking animals sooner will result in a better experience for the child!
