Notes:
- No clear term was initially established, this establishes the term. There are no term limits stated so youth can serve until they are no longer 18 or under.
- This establishes the attendance policy for the youth as well.
- The positions did experience lack of participation in 2023 and we had other youth that were willing to fill those appointed positions. This gives us a way to promote the participation of our youth members.
