The Newaygo County Fairgrounds offers electric and non-electric vendor spaces. If you would like to use our electric service, we have standard 50 amp RV outlets available. If you have a standard 30 amp RV plug on your rig, please provide your own adapter. We currently do not have water supply at the arena vendor area, however we do have water supply at the original vendor area, you supply your own hoses. During fair week all vendors are in the original vendor area and during off fair week shows all vendors are in the Main Arena area. If you are interested in participating in our outdoor vendor area, please use this form to sign up. We do allow up to 12×15 for your tent and equipment. We will place you near the food court area, along a busy pathway. Food vendors are invited based on application and previous event participation. August 2-9, 2025 is filled.
