We have several large barns that can accommodate a large number of campers, motorhomes, vehicles, boats (or whatever else you’d like to get out of your way) for your safe winter storage needs. A few of the barns are fully enclosed and we call those our “Secure Storage” and then the rest of the barns are pavilion style with open walls, which we call “Semi-Secure Storage”. The secure storage is on a first come, first serve basis and do sell out rather quickly. The semi-secure is usually very plentiful and available.
We park your unit in October each year and pull it out in April. Please see the current year contract below for full details. Since the dates change from year to year, please verify that you have downloaded the current contract. We work hard to get the contracts updated in mid-August each year.

Winter Storage Agreement
The contract outlines the terms of the rental, such as the duration of the lease, the rent amount, security deposit, utilities, maintenance responsibilities, and any rules that apply during the rental period.
Please review and fill out the contract below if you are interested in storing with us. Please mail in, drop off, or email all the pages of the contract with your down payment.
FYI, your security deposit is your down payment and is part of the total storage fee.
